The structural framework is in place.
The rigging in the center positions the openings of the three chimneys in place. The hoist will be removed after the shell is hardened.

Step 1: The chimney rings are wrapped with the net twice. The depth of the base between the cylinders is established by strips cut and placed as shown in drawing #1.

Step 2: The first crisscrossed layer is in place, the twists in the strips introducing curvature. Where the chimneys face each other the strips are placed close to the cylindrical wrapping to preserve the upright profile, achieved by raising and overlapping the ends of strips as shown in drawing #2.
